The Nations

The Nations has transformed in recent years from one of Nashville’s oldest industrial neighborhoods into a thriving, sought-after home for both residents and businesses. West Nashville

East Nashville

Germantown

This 18-square-block pocket just north of downtown features tree-lined streets and Victorian homes nestled amongst industrial chic, mixed-use spaces. Filled with critically-acclaimed restaurants and eclectic shopping, Germantown also boasts Nashville's largest farmer's market and is the rightful home of the Oktoberfest street festival.

Franklin

The darling of Williamson County, Franklin offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern progress. Madison

Less than 10 miles north of downtown Nashville, and is one of Nashville’s most rapidly growing urban areas. Bellevue

Bellevue is a neighborhood about 15 miles southwest of Nashville and offers a quieter lifestyle with great convenience. Hendersonville

Affectionately known as the "city by the lake," the bedroom community of Hendersonville is nestled along the Cumberland River, adjacent to Old Hickory Lake, 20 miles northeast of Nashville. Home of the late Johnny Cash, Conway Twitty and megastar Taylor Swift, Hendersonville is known for its waterfront homes, gorgeous parks and sprawling greenways. Affordable housing, great schools and a plethora of recreational amenities have made Hendersonville one of the fastest growing cities in Tennessee.
